The Brighton 323 is on display at Waterford Estate, Chisholm in the Hunter Region of NSW. It's a grand two storey home featuring an urban facade with rich, modern tones and textures. This beautiful design was recognised in 2024 as a finalist in the HIA Display Home of the year awards.

It comprises 4 bedrooms including a huge master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite. The other 3 rooms have mirrored built-in robes with ample storage and living space. There are multiple living areas as well as a tiled alfresco area and a well-appointed kitchen with island bench a huge butler's pantry.
