Terms and Conditions
Eligible Participants:
The Offer is open to NSW residents, building in the areas specified by The Promoter (Candor Homes Pty Ltd), including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens regions.
Exchanges & Transfers:
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or credit.
Offer Acceptance:
The Offer is accepted by receiving a valid Candor Homes Tender, signing a Tender Acceptance Agreement, and paying a $1500 deposit by December 1st, 2025.
Promotional Period:
The offer commences at 8.01am AEST on 1/09/25 and closes at 4:59pm AEST on
1/12/2025.
Exclusions:
The Offer applies to tenders for new home builds only and does not apply to House and Land Packages
Only one Offer is available per contract.
The Tender issue date must not be earlier than 1st September, 2025
Terms:
Candor Homes reserves the right to undertake a Site Inspection and a Feasibility Study prior to the presentation of the Tender Price.
Any cost associated with signing the contract is the entrant’s responsibility as is paying the deposit.

The Promotor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and extend, change or terminate the competition at any time. The Promoter will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before taking any action.
The Promotor’s decision on this offer is final and will not be negotiated.

If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right (without prior notice or obligation) to:
a) Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; and
b) Extend, change or terminate the Offer at any time.
