The Offer is open to NSW residents, building in the Hunter Region, and is comprised of an inclusions package upgrade to the home, as below:

*Option 1- Customer purchases a Black Series inclusions package for their new home and receives all the inclusions in the Select Series

*Option 2- Customer purchases a White Series inclusions package for their new home and receives these upgraded features:

-Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer

-An upgraded double undermount kitchen sink

-Full-height bathroom tiling

-Shower niches in both bathrooms

-Upgraded 900mm appliances in your kitchen.

The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or credit.

The Offer is accepted by receiving a valid Candor Homes Tender, signing a Tender Acceptance Agreement, and paying a $5000 deposit by June 30th, 2025.

The Offer applies to tenders for new home builds only and does not apply to House and Land Packages

Only one Offer is available per contract. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

The promotional period commences at 8.01am AEST on 14/02/25 and closes at 4:59pm AEST on
30/6/2025 (“Promotional Period”).

Candor Homes reserves the right to undertake a Site Inspection and a Feasibility Study prior to the presentation of the Tender Price.

The Tender issue date must not be earlier than 14th February, 2025

The Promoter’s decisions around issuing of the Offer is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.

If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right (without prior notice or obligation) to:
a) Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; and
b) Extend, change or terminate the Offer at any time.
c) The Promoter will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes before the changes take effect (where reasonable to do so)

Any cost associated with signing the contract is the entrant’s responsibility as is paying the deposit.

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts sitting in Australian States and Territories.
