Can I change one of your floorplans?
Yes. In fact, most of our clients personalise their chosen floorplan. We can make anything from small layout adjustments to significant design changes.
Do you charge to modify your floorplans?
No. We don’t charge design fees to customise one of our existing floorplans or to design your own. We believe your home should work for your family, and personalising your design is simply part of the process.
Can your floorplans be adapted for my block?
Yes. Our floorplans can be modified to suit sloping blocks, narrow lots, corner sites, acreage properties and other unique land characteristics.
Are your floorplans energy efficient?
Our homes are thoughtfully designed with energy efficiency in mind, including orientation, natural light, cross ventilation and practical layouts that support comfortable living.
What if I can’t find the perfect floorplan?
