Your Selections Appointment.
When do selections happen?
Your formal selections appointment takes place after you've entered into a paid agreement with Candor.
By this stage, your home's design and pricing are more established, helping you understand what's included, where you can customise and how your choices may affect the cost.
We believe in taking the time to get the details right, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Your appointment, your pace.
You don't need to have every detail figured out. Whether you have a clear vision or are still finding your style, we're here to help you explore the possibilities.
We recommend allowing around three hours for your selections appointment, giving you time to compare options, ask questions and consider the details without feeling rushed into decisions.
Everyone approaches selections differently, so we'll guide you at a pace that suits you, helping you make informed decisions with confidence.
What should you bring?
A little preparation can help you get the most out of your visit, but you don't need to have everything figured out. Bring any inspiration images, Pinterest boards or photos of styles and finishes you love, along with your questions, ideas and budget considerations.
If you've collected samples or spotted features you love in other homes, bring those along too. They'll help us understand your vision and explore colours, textures and finishes that work together to make your home your own.
