One of the biggest differences with Candor Homes is the flexibility we offer. Our floorplans aren't fixed. They're designed to evolve. Most of our clients personalise their chosen design before construction begins, and we don't charge design fees to customise one of our existing floorplans. Or something completely different. We'll work with you to create a home that's perfectly suited to the way you want to live.
